Welcome to the Breeding Ground Circle community (“Community”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Membership & Benefits

• Membership provides access to exclusive educational content, live sessions, events, and community networking.
   

• Benefits may evolve over time as Breeding Ground develops new resources and offerings.
   

• Membership may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated.
   

2. Educational Use Only – No Veterinary Advice

• All content and discussions are for educational purposes only.
   

• Breeding Ground does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
   

• Always consult a licensed veterinarian for the health and care of your animals.
   

3. Hold Harmless & Assumption of Risk

• You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Breeding Ground, its founders, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may result from applying information shared in the Community.
   

• You accept full responsibility for your decisions and outcomes related to breeding, animal care, and management.
   

4. Marketing & Communications

• By joining, you consent to receive communications from Breeding Ground, including educational updates, event invitations, and promotional offers.
   

• You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, but essential membership and service updates will continue.
   

5. Privacy Policy

• Information Collected: We collect personal data you provide at signup (e.g., name, email, payment details) and usage data (e.g., participation activity).
   

• How We Use It: To manage your membership, provide content, process payments, and communicate with you.

• Breeding Ground reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, misuse of community resources, or disruptive behavior.
   

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
   

• Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Monroe County, Indiana.

• Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

• Set the language of the site 

• Set the content order of the site’s pages

• Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages

• Added alternative text to images

• Implemented color combinations that meet the required color contrast

• Reduced the use of motion on the site

• Ensured all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible
